Job summary

TDA AGH is seeking a Ramp Service Agent in Warwick, RI. You will load and unload baggage, marshal aircraft, operate ground equipment, and help maintain a safe ramp environment to ensure on-time flights.

No prior experience is required and training will be provided. This outdoor role involves lifting heavy bags, working in various weather, and coordinating with crew and airline staff to support a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to read and write English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to attend required training.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage to and from aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate ground service equipment safely (GSE).
• Marshal aircraft to gates and assist with pushback procedures.
• Handle baggage and items requiring special care.
• Clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories between flights.
• Assist with catering and galley supplies with vendors.
• Conduct security searches as required.
• Keep ramp areas safe and free of FOD.
• Inspect and report deficiencies of ground equipment.
• Communicate via two-way radio with team and departments.
• Assist passengers with special needs as directed.
• Follow safety regulations and use PPE.
• Complete required training; only do tasks you are trained for.
