Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Ramp Service Agent to support the ground team for safe, efficient aircraft turnarounds. You will load baggage, marshal aircraft, operate ground equipment, and maintain ramp safety. No prior experience is required—we will train the right person.

Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work mornings, nights, weekends, and at least 20 hours per week. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain a SIDA badge.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must obtain SIDA badge and pass drug test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. per Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must complete required training and be able to stay for assigned shifts.
• No prior experience necessary; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload baggage and co-mail of varying weights to aircraft.
• Operate ground service equipment safely (tugs, belt loaders, etc.).
• Marshal aircraft to gates and assist with pushback.
