Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with a passion for process improvement. This role focuses on driving continual improvement across procedures and processes in a fast-paced 300mm fab environment, with emphasis on CMP, Wet, and YE steps.

You will qualify tools, implement improved methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality wafer moves. The ideal candidate holds a 2+ year semiconductor experience and a strong background in process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering/Science).
• At least 2 years of semiconductor process/manufacturing experience.
• Strong foundation in SPC, ECR, and process release strategies.
• Experience with CMP/Wet and YE process tooling and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be curious, seek feedback, honor commitments, and drive results.
• Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt, fast ramp environment.
• Qualify new tool installations and maximize capabilities for quality wafer movement.
• Develop and implement improved CMP/Wet and YE processes to improve efficiency, yield, and data visualization.
• Execute improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality, or new product support.
• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to minimize cycle time in 300mm fab.
• Provide training and maintain training documentation for junior staff.
• Identify and communicate root causes of process/equipment issues to engineering.
• Support ramp with equipment/startup experiments and SWRs.
• Collaborate across teams to solve fab priorities.
