Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt and rapidly ramping tool install environment.
• Focus on tactical daily execution toward module metrics (tool recovery, material disposition, tool installations and qualifications).
• Develop and drive operational BKMs to interface with other fab teams to accelerate fab execution across module and department lines.
• Develop and implement improved CMP and Wet Process methods to improve efficiencies and yields.
• Implement improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction and quality programs.
• Provide training to junior colleagues and process technicians. Maintain and improve training documentation and procedures.
• Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner.
• Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs).
• Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
• Collaborate across teams/ branches to solve fab priorities, which can change quickly.
