Qualifications

• Develop and implement improved CMP and Wet Process methods.
• Provide training to junior colleagues and document procedures.
• Identify systematic problems in process or equipment and report findings.
• Support ramping production and high-volume wafer fab operations.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt and ramping tool install environment.
• Develop new processes from the ground up for advanced node development with high-volume manufacturing in mind.
• Implement project or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction or quality improvement programs.
• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab.
• Provide training to junior colleagues and process technicians. Maintain and improve training documentation and procedures.
• Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner.
• Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs).
• Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
• Collaborate across teams/ branches to solve fab priorities, which can change quickly.
