You will qualify installations, implement new methods, train junior staff, analyze data, and collaborate across teams to resolve fab priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Rapidly qualify new tool installations and maximize existing toolsets to support quality wafer movement through CMP/Wet/YE Process tools.
• Develop and implement improved CMP/Wet and YE Process methods to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
• Implement project or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction or quality improvement programs and other process improvements.
• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab.
• Provide training to junior colleagues and process technicians; maintain training documentation.
• Identify systematic problems in process or equipment and communicate findings to engineering staff.
• Support ramp with equipment/startup and process experiments (SWRs).
• Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
• Collaborate across teams/branches to solve fab priorities.

• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab.
• Provide training to junior colleagues and process technicians; maintain and improve training documentation.
• Identify systematic problems in process or equipment sources and communicate findings to engineering staff.
• Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs).
• Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
• Collaborate across teams/ branches to solve fab priorities, which can change quickly.
