Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise ramp team members during aircraft handling and servicing.

• Serve as point of contact to minimize delays and issues.
• Enforce AGI safety rules and maintenance procedures.
• Interpret loading instructions and flight information for billing.
• Identify future business opportunities and report to management.
• Support ramp duties as needed (baggage handling, servicing, etc.).
