Job summary

Alliance Ground International seeks Ramp Supervisors to lead flights and ground teams, ensuring safe, on‑time operations and efficient handling of passengers and cargo across our busy ramp operations.

The role requires supervising agents, coaching staff, and guiding aircraft to gates, with flexibility to work shifts across a 24/7 operation. Physical fitness and an airport badge are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising teams.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead agents and leads on each shift to ensure procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and coach staff and conduct on‑the‑job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft cabins and stock supplies between flights.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo and tow planes.
• Be on time, prepared, and safe.
• Assist with staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for flights.
