Southwest Airlines is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Ramp in Columbus to coordinate day-to-day ground operations, manage shift bids, and ensure on-time performance while maintaining a safe, compliant environment. You will lead a team across departments, monitor ground support, and uphold labor agreements, with opportunities for overtime and performance-based rewards in a dynamic aviation setting.

Responsabilidades

• Actively coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, employee morale, and Customer satisfaction
• Monitor and guide ground support performance to ensure requirements are met
• Ensure all equipment including GSE is maintained and available for the operation
• Oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant service-conscious environment.
• Meet or exceed performance goals through effective decision making and monitoring
• Coordinate actively with all Departments to maintain the Station's on-time performance and report status updates
