Southwest Airlines is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead Ramp Agents and ensure aircraft arrive and depart on schedule. You will guide the team, enforce safety rules, and manage training and daily reports in a dynamic Ground Operations environment.

The role requires leadership, experience in airline operations, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to meet on-time performance. U.S. citizenship or work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Actively coordinate with all Departments to maintain the station's on-time performance, employee morale, and Customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and guide ground support performance to ensure requirements are met.
• Ensure all equipment including GSE is maintained and available for the operation.
• Oversee day-to-day airport operations to create a safe, secure, and legally compliant service-conscious environment.
• Meet or exceed performance goals through effective decision making and staffing oversight.
• Drive performance processes by forecasting operational situations and monitoring key metrics.
