Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead flights and ensure safe, efficient ground handling operations at our facility. You will guide crews, supervise equipment use, and oversee the loading/unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail while maintaining high safety standards.

Candidates should be prepared to mentor staff, coordinate staffing for peak periods, and adapt to a 24/7 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure all proper procedures are followed in a safe, efficient manner.
• Mentor and coach agents and leads and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
• Be on time, be prepared, and be safe.
• Assist with creating and managing the staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage for each flight.
• Other duties as assigned: Be flexible and willing to perform any other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company to meet operational needs.
