Ultipro is seeking a Ramp Supervisor in Worcester, MA to oversee daily ramp operations, supervise ramp agents, and coordinate ground handling activities in compliance with FAA/TSA and airport rules. The role requires leadership, reliable transport, and strong communication.

Your responsibilities include training staff, managing scheduling and budgets, and ensuring safety programs are followed. This is a hands-on leadership position in a dynamic airport environment.

Formación

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of front-line ramp experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct training sessions on topics such as customer service, technical skills, compliance, or product knowledge.
• Manage day-to-day operations within staffing, scheduling, and budgeting, and limit overtime.
• Perform duties of subordinate employees when necessary.
• Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Implement a safety plan for the station.
• Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues, with corrective actions as needed.
• Train/retrain personnel in airline procedures, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain good employee relations and handle employee issues efficiently.
• Communicate with senior airline management and respond to airlines, staff, and public inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in achieving objectives.
• Monitor employee activity and adjust as needed.
• Handle off-schedule operations when the Manager is unavailable.
• Perform other duties as requested.
