Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a Ramp Lead to supervise a team of agents delivering passenger services across arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and reservations. The role covers ticketing support, and handling queries and complaints to ensure a smooth travel experience.

The incumbent will marshal aircraft on the ramp, perform wing-walker duties, and oversee safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with other teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp all arriving, departing and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and capabilities expected for this position.
