Job summary

Alliance Ground International in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Ramp Agent to provide fast, outdoors-ground support in a safety-focused aviation environment.

You will guide aircraft, load and unload baggage, operate belt loaders and pushback equipment, and help ensure on-time departures while complying with training and security requirements.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport access.
• Ability to operate and assist with baggage handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound aircraft to gates and load areas.
• Load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail safely and efficiently.
• Operate belt loaders, tugs, and other ramp equipment.
• Maintain radio communication with crew and airport authorities.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for shipments.
