Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking Ramp Supervisors to lead flights and ground handling operations at airports, ensuring on-time departures and arrivals while safeguarding passengers and cargo. As part of a 24/7 operation, you will supervise ramp agents, coach teams, guide aircraft to gates, and handle baggage, cargo, and supplies.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience is preferred for Ramp Supervisors.
• Education certification or licenses may be required where applicable.
• Airport badge or security clearance may be required for access to secure areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure all proper procedures are followed in a safe, efficient manner.
• Mentor and coach agents and leads and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
• Be on time, be prepared, and be safe.
• Assist with creating and managing the staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage for each flight.
• Other duties as assigned: Be flexible and willing to perform any other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company to meet operational needs.
