Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• US driver’s license required.
• Fluent English communication.
• 3–5 years aviation industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ramp supervisors on shift with safety as a priority.
• Ensure operational standards and policy adherence.
• Liaise with customers and airline teams on site.
• Produce routine reports and manage resources.
• Mentor staff and provide training per standards.
• Address incidents, investigations, and compliance handling.
