Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Ramp Lead to supervise ramp operations at the airport, coordinating baggage, cargo, and ground services with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will guide ramp personnel, communicate with flight crews, and ensure timely aircraft turnarounds.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of ramp experience, be able to operate heavy equipment, and pass background checks and drug screens. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ramp operations or similar aviation role.
• Ability to interpret information on paper and electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers).
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound aircraft to and from gate without damage or injury.
• Communicate effectively with flight crews, ground staff, and operations control to ensure timely aircraft turnarounds.
• Conduct regular inspections of ramp area and equipment to maintain safety standards.
• Train and mentor ramp staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of ramp activities and incidents.
