Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Ramp Supervisor in Kentucky to lead a team of ramp agents and ensure safe, timely aircraft turnarounds. You will coordinate baggage handling, towing, servicing, and safety compliance while mentoring staff and interfacing with flight crews and ground operations.

The role demands strong leadership, 2+ years in ramp ops, and the ability to adapt to night, weekend, and holiday shifts within a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years ramp operations or related aviation field.
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ramp safety and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, reading, writing, speaking.
• Must pass background check and drug screen and be eligible for required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ramp team operations, including aircraft loading/unloading.
• Coordinate ramp activities to ensure timely flight turnarounds.
• Train and mentor ramp staff on procedures and safety.
• Monitor compliance with airline, airport, and DOT regulations.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and manage shift tasks and safety focus.
