The role operates in a fast-paced environment on a fixed schedule, 20 hours per week, with a dynamic, round-the-clock aviation operation. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, basic English, and a patient, customer-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Courteous, respectful attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• One year of mechanical experience preferred.
• Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service to passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
