Job summary

Jet Aviation in Miami, FL is seeking a Line and Ramp Agent to support aircraft, crews and passengers with safety, precision and outstanding service. You’ll work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, where adaptability, teamwork and client focus drive daily operations.

This on-site role at our FBO location in Opa Locka involves ground handling, fueling, towing, marshalling and customer assistance, with a structured training period and a dynamic schedule to cover 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic English (B1+) communication skills.
• Courteous, respectful attitude and strong work ethic.
• Preferably 1 year of mechanical experience; ramp experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations: fueling, towing, marshalling and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service to passengers and crews for luggage, transportation and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment and supplies to top safety and quality standards.
• Supporting a safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
