Job summary

Jet Aviation in West Palm Beach is seeking a Line & Ramp Services Agent to support aircraft, crews and passengers with safety and service in a fast-paced, on-site FBO setting. You will work a flexible 24/7 schedule starting on C shift 11pm-7am after training; salary $20-21 hourly plus up to 5% bonus; minimum HS diploma, driver's license, and ramp experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.
• Direct line and ramp experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours – rain or shine.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues.
