Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Ramp Agent to support outdoor aviation operations in Arlington, VA. You will guide aircraft to gates, load/unload baggage and cargo, and operate belt loaders and lift equipment while prioritizing safety and on-time flights.

This role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and ramp/SIDA training. Flexibility for shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• US work authorization (or Canada where applicable).
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Must be able to secure a Customs Seal if required by role.

Responsibilities

• Direct inbound/outbound aircraft to gates and manage ground movement.
• Load/unload baggage, cargo, mail, and supplies safely.
• Operate heavy equipment and moving vehicles (belt loaders, tugs, lift trucks, etc.).
• Record and track baggage, cargo, and company materials in the information system.
