Job summary

Grant Aviation is seeking a hands-on team member to support customer service and cargo handling operations. You will assist passengers, handle cargo and mail, and interface with customers by phone, email, or in person. The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds and operating forklifts, with shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service issues.
• Assist passengers with special needs.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts.
• Receive, process, store and load or unload cargo.
• Process inbound and outbound mail shipments.
• Process various reports and computer data input.
• Interface with customers in person, by email, or over the phone.
• Other duties as required by management.
