Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services seeks a Ramp Agent to load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail, while guiding aircraft to gates and ensuring safe ground operations. The role supports rapid, team-based airport services and adherence to safety standards.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and holidays. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legal authorization to work in employment country
• Valid driver's license
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays
• FAA/RAIC/TSA credentials as applicable

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts)
• Read load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels
• Marshalling aircraft to gates and ensuring safe ground movement
• Perform routine inspections and report equipment issues
• Follow standard operating procedures for ramp operations
• Adapt to changing flight schedules and priorities
• Provide PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
