Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is hiring Ramp Agents to load/unload baggage and cargo, marshal aircraft, and support ground operations with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, operating ground service equipment, and adapting to flight schedules.

Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is essential. You'll work on the ramp at our Boston area location, contributing to efficient aircraft handling and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Airlines operate 24/7; willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Repetitive loading/unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts).
• Read and analyze aircraft load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels.
• Marshalling aircraft to and from gates.
• Ensure safe movement of aircraft on the ground.
• Adhere to safety protocols and airline regulations.
• Work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Lift heavy objects in varying weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with team and airline personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Inspect equipment and report issues.
• Follow standard ramp operating procedures.
• Adapt to flight schedule changes and priorities.
• Demonstrate PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
