Winston-Salem State University ( WSSU ) is seeking a RamCard Coordinator to support campus through services in the University’s One Card Office.
The RamCard Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation and administration of the University’s campus card program. Reporting to The Director of Auxiliary Services, this position oversees the issuance and management of University ID cards, maintains the campus card transaction system, and provides support for card access, meal plans, declining balance accounts, and other integrated campus services. The Coordinator collaborates with campus departments and vendors to ensure accurate system functionality, excellent customer service, and secure, efficient operations while supporting the University’s commitment to student success.
Business & Auxiliary Services supports the Winston-Salem State University community by providing innovative, customer-focused auxiliary services. The unit includes Dining Services, RamCard, Parking & Transportation, Mail Services, the Bookstore, Ticket Office, Printing Services, and Conferences & Institutes which enhance campus life, promote operational efficiency, and support student success.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm; (Nights/Weekends, Athletic and Special events, (e.g., Orientation, Move-In, Admitted Student Days, etc.))

Minimum Experience/Education: Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

State Salary Range: $35,589 - $64,499
Internal Salary Range: $35,589 - $47,000
Salary will be determined based on competencies, equity, budget, and market considerations.
