Winston‑Salem State University is seeking an Associate Registrar to join the team in the Office of the Registrar! The Associate Registrar provides leadership and oversight for core functions within the Office of the Registrar, including student records management, registration services, curriculum and course scheduling, degree audits, graduation processing, and compliance with institutional, state, federal, and UNC System policies. This position ensures the accuracy, integrity, security, and timely maintenance of all academic records and supports the delivery of efficient, student‑centered services across the University. In addition to operational oversight, the Associate Registrar supervises professional and support staff, coordinates workflow processes, and collaborates with academic and administrative departments to support enrollment management initiatives and institutional priorities. The role serves as a key contributor to data reporting, policy implementation, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance student success and operational effectiveness.
