Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with students, faculty, staff, parents, and visitors regarding RamCard services and policies.
• Maintains accuracy of RamCard records and student account information.
• Processes card production, replacements, access permissions, meal plan updates, and transactions.
• Troubleshoots card access and account issues and escalates complex problems when needed.
