Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop the team through career discussions and training.
• Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate with the team.
• Oversee direct line management for the section including performance and talent acquisition.
• Support department and directorate level initiatives.
• Review team timecards and expense statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead RAM & FRACAS efforts and act as technical leader.
• Develop proposals and strategies for contracts and budgets.
