Qualifications

• Holds a degree in Marketing or Business.
• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Organized and dependable with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Capcut, Google, Microsoft Office, and social media management tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel within the local Raleigh area for events.
• **Weekend availability required: Must be available to work weekends for events and activations**.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management & Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Local Content Capture: Attend events to capture high-quality content for social media.
• Brand Activations & Events: Attend local events as a brand activation ambassador.
• Marketing Assets: Update marketing assets and maintain a digital portfolio library.
• Market Research: Inform Charlotte team on local trends and events.
• Administrative Support: Assist with content organization and photo galleries.
