Hourly Rate: $16-20

Location: Raleigh, NC (in office) Reports to: Marketing Associate (Charlotte Office)

Role Description: We are looking for someone proactive in social media marketing to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role offers a unique opportunity to act as our "boots on the ground" brand lead, learning directly from our Charlotte-based executive team while gaining hands‑on experience in content strategy, regional brand activation, and business development.

You will be responsible for owning the local social media presence—from capturing high-quality content at premier events to scheduling final posts—while also supporting the administrative outreach tasks that drive our regional growth. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who is equally comfortable behind a camera and in a professional networking environment. This position provides a front‑row seat to how a high‑performing marketing team operates, offering you the chance to contribute to real projects that impact our brand’s footprint in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management & Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Local Content Capture: Ability to attend events at venues and local sites to capture high-quality content for social media. Spring and Fall weekends are our busy seasons.
• Brand Activations & Events: Attend any local community events and act as a brand activation ambassador to capture content (includes things like local expos, visitor bureau, planner meetups)
• Marketing Assets: Assist in the creation and updating of marketing assets including menu packets, venue packets, sales decks, email campaigns, brochures, etc. Organize and manage a digital portfolio library for team‑wide use.
• Market Research: Keep the Charlotte team informed on local trends, competitors, and upcoming events in your specific city.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Marketing Associate with keeping content and photo galleries organized and up to date.
