Responsibilities

• Create and implement social media content across platforms and oversees weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas and optimization opportunities.
• Support marketing team at events with social media coverage and operations.
• Provide customer service support through social media and maintain media lists.
• Assist with event logistics pre- and post-event, registrations, and attendee tracking.
• Distribute marketing collateral and collaborate with partners to meet sponsorship requirements.
• Coordinate materials with regional and local marketing managers to execute campaigns.
