Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in catering or high-volume environments.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, development, and execution of menus.
• Plan and execute events from 10 to 7,000+ guests.
• Lead and supervise kitchen staff during production and events.
• Train and coach culinary team members; provide performance feedback.
• Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
