Candidates should have 0-2 years of PM experience and a degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, with familiarity in HVAC and piping systems. Key tasks include coordinating subcontractors, managing documentation, and supporting field operations to deliver projects

Qualifications

• 0-2 years as a Project Manager in Mechanical Construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems with construction details.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, ProCore, Viewpoint, and BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Support project scheduling from initial planning through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, material, and equipment logistics.
• Monitor costs, assist with invoices, and support budgeting.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders for accuracy.
• Maintain safety compliance and quality standards on-site.
