The ideal candidate has 0-2 years of experience, a relevant degree or demonstrated construction management background, and familiarity with HVAC, piping systems, and common PM tools such as MS Office, ProCore, Viewpoint, ACC Build,

Qualifications

• 0-2 years as a Project Manager in Mechanical Construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, or proven CM experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems; construction details and standards.
• Experience with MS Office, Viewpoint, ProCore, ACC Build and BlueBeam.
• Familiarity with construction management platforms and scheduling tools.
• Willingness to learn and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support jobsite safety compliance and coordinate with safety personnel.
• Review and distribute contract documents and shop drawings to teams.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and monitor project schedules.
• Assist with field execution of mechanical, piping, and specialty systems.
• Prepare and review fabrication shop work packages and budgets.
• Support project scheduling and procurement efforts; track progress.
