Icon Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager III for our Project Management team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience leading large mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience in mechanical construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems.
• Experience with project controls, schedules, and budgeting.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ProCore, Viewpoint and BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project execution to meet contract, schedule, and budget goals.
• Lead subcontractor management, scheduling, and change control.
• Ensure safety plans and quality standards are in place.
• Develop detailed schedules, staffing plans, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, GC, design teams, and installation partners.
