You will develop forecasts, coach team members, and ensure achievement of quotas through effective lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up calls by phone and email. This role emphasizes teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree preferred, not required.
• Understanding of marketing, sales, and customer service principles.
• 1-3 years transportation sales experience with quota achievement.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to secure, build, maintain and manage customer relationships.
• Qualify new prospects via inside sales development.
• Guide inbound calls to sales conversions.
• Coordinate outbound follow-up calls by phone and email.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.
• Serve as point of escalation for issues.
• Develop cold calling skills and reach revenue targets.
• Evaluate team performance against goals and tailor development plans.
