• Sequence the rollout so NC regions don't all break at once.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts on behalf of Mount Sinai.
• Find the friction in the Raleigh customer journey and bill it back to a fix.
• Champion process improvements that scale with Mount Sinai growth.
• Map where revenue leaks between handoffs across the business funnel.
