Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Hard Surface Territory Manager to maintain and grow profitability and market share in the Raleigh, NC area.

You will build strong relationships with flooring dealer customers based on knowledge, service, trust and integrity, driving growth through major market programs and sample placement. You will travel within the market, conduct daily sales calls, and promote Shaw Floors, Anderson Tuftex, and Philly Commercial products while managing sample displays

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED with 1 year of sales experience required.
• Completion of Shaw sales trainee program can be substituted for experience.
• Must reside in the market and be able to travel in a vehicle carrying product samples.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers focusing on hard surface flooring products and related items.
• Present products to retailers, designers and end-users; analyze leads.
• Sell and construct display racks and manage sample budgets.
