Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Project Manager- New Installation in Raleigh, NC to coordinate project teams and resources for on-time delivery. This role requires strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling skills within the elevator industry.

Minimum 3 years in the field is required; a PMP or related certification is preferred. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of project coordination and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the elevator industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of related experience and education preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Scheduling and budget experience preferred.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office, esp. Excel/PowerPoint.
• Oracle experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the project team and resources.
• Develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered in-time, within scope and budget.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and updates.
• Work with USFO Team on communication and performance.
