Accentute Staffing is seeking a Part-time Project Manager to oversee initiatives for a global manufacturing team. This onsite role in Raleigh handles cross-functional coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with superb organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling possible.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of project management, coordination, or operations experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and communicate action items to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and records throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project reviews, testing, and customer acceptance processes as required.
• Provide regular updates to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
