Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in intermodal, transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Terminal Manager in day-to-day railyard operations, safety and productivity.
• Meet KPIs: Train Performance, Lifts per Hour, Cost per Hour.
• Develop engagement and retention strategies for terminal staff.
• Coordinate with Terminal Manager to staff the terminal and manage payroll processing.
• Oversee purchases, budgets, and approvals, including payroll data.
• Provide terminal metrics and reports to management.
