Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in railyard operations or related field.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily railyard operations, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Coordinate and prepare railcars for loading and unloading.
• Verify inbound/outbound train numbers for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage ramp crew movements to ensure timely operations.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Enforce safety regulations and provide on-the-spot coaching.
• Schedule staff and maintain effective team communication.
