Job summary

Canyon Spirit is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and internal logistics in a fast-paced environment. You will drive performance, coach the team, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely provisioning during the operating season.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in warehousing or logistics, with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. Onsite duties and the ability to manage variable shift schedules are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience implementing process improvements and managing inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including inventory control and internal logistics.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other stakeholders to align requirements.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide leadership, scheduling, and performance management for the team.
