Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a dynamic warehouse team. You will supervise staff, drive on-time shipments, and ensure accurate inventory control while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to minimize delays and errors. A bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain is preferred, along with 4–6 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years leading warehouse teams.
• 4-6 years in warehousing, transport, distribution, and billing systems.
• Experience in manufacturing warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Ensure receiving, storage, and material handling operate with high efficiency.
• Drive on-time shipments with strong customer service metrics.
• Maintain safety through cGMP concepts and proper shipping procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean and compliant with regulations.
• Accurately manage inventory and system entries; track and reconcile.
