Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years hands-on supervisory experience in a multi-client 3PL warehouse.
• Forklift experience required; handling oversized pallets preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (CargoWise preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees day-to-day workflow of warehouse staff.
• Ensures safe, clean, efficient operation to meet service standards.
• Manages labor coverage for daily workload and assigns schedules.
• Develops SOPs and ensures compliance with internal/external standards.
• Interacts with customers daily and attends meetings as required.
• Directs warehouse operations to achieve objectives and allocates equipment.
• Supervises inbound/outbound shipments for timeliness and accuracy.
