Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in past 36 months.
• Not involved in drug or alcohol-related driving incidents or probation.
• Successful English assessment before interview.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment, locomotives, and rail cars for safe operation.
• Perform tasks such as coupling equipment, operating remote control locomotives, and braking procedures.
• Coordinate with crews, yard controllers and dispatchers via radio/hand signals.
• Help ensure safety and compliance with railroad regulations.
