Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude; ability to problem-solve and use hand tools.
• Must handle basic railcar repairs and inspections.
• Strong customer relations and teamwork.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Railcar Repair – perform repairs per current procedures and inspect railscars to ensure compliance.
• Customer Support – meet customer expectations and ensure satisfaction with work.
• Clerical – complete invoicing, inspection, and work order information.
• Maintain certifications and familiarity with AAR rules and regulations.
• Other work-related tasks as assigned.
