Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Railcar Repair Technician to perform tank car repairs, inspections, and related clerical tasks. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will use hand tools, stay up to date with AAR rules, and occasionally travel up to 30% with local weeks and overnight stays as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to use hand tools and perform basic railcar repairs/inspections.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance on tank cars following current procedures.
• Perform railcar inspections for compliance and quality.
• Provide customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle invoicing, inspection, and work order information.
• Maintain required certifications and familiarity with AAR rules.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
