Join Marmon Holdings in Cleveland, TX as a Repair Supervisor for the railcar repair shop. This on-site, full-time role covers supervision of hourly staff across all repair phases, interpretation of drawings, and strict adherence to AAR, DOT, FRA, and internal standards.

You will lead quality and safety initiatives, manage schedules, and report labor and material usage. The position emphasizes a 3rd shift with potential for overtime and weekends based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, repair, or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all phases of railroad car repair to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate repair work.
• Ensure compliance with AAR, DOT, FRA, and Company requirements throughout the repair process.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and conformance to standards.
• Maintain accountability for the quality of repairs performed by direct reports.
• Train, coach, motivate, and discipline assigned employees.
• Monitor work in process and schedule personnel to meet production schedules.
• Perform administrative duties including labor reporting and material usage tracking.
• Support quality programs and safety initiatives.
